How many people incorporate sweets into their diet?

Me too. I've drastically cut down on my chocolate consumption but I have to have some everyday or I know I'll fail at this. I try to keep it under 150 calories.2

Yes. Usually either peanut m&ms or ice cream.2

I make most of my own candy and sweets. It's a fun challenge to figure out how to make store-bought goodies at home without using nasty-tasting corn syrup and reducing the sugar I've had to learn how to measure my fudges in smaller portions to get the 200-calorie target, but it's sooo worth it2

I buy the snickers 100 calorie bars and keep them in the freezer. I had 2 today.1

Yes! Always some dark chocolate, most days a protein bar or Larabar with chocolate. We usually have some kind of cookie around--right now it's Girl Scouts Samoas. I budget for one a day until they're gone. Weekends I might have more. Last weekend I did a long run and then we got ice cream at Kilwin's. Tonight my daughter had a slumber party at a friend's house, so I got our boys some special treats to eat with their movie this evening. So of course I had to sample the peanut butter cups and chocolate covered sunflower seeds from a Trader Joe's!2

yep, a few pieces of dark chocolate a few times a week. And homemade cocoa powder/peanut butter pudding. Otherwise I will overeat it if I try and restrict myself entirely. Other sweets aren't really worth the calories for me so I very rarely eat them....just special occasions, usually when I visit my family.0

I have potato chips incorporated as a standard snack and Lite Aeroplane Jelly (jello for the Americans) every day. Delish!2

I cleaned out all available sweets for the foreseeable future, till my weight is down.
I usually can't stop at just one.2 -
I eat more chocolate, cocoa, and other such than I did before I started losing weight.5

Chocolate is essential. I have two squares of dark chocolate most days. I also have a "proper" dessert with dinner once a week (usually Sunday dinner when my parents come over) - usually somewhere in the ballpark of 400 calories per serving - and "mini" desserts a few times a week (a cookie or other small treat for less than 200 calories).2

I always have chocolate after dinner3

I have a special basket where I keep a stash of sweets and treats - even on days when calories are quite tight I can usually afford 80-odd for a single chocolate.
I also have biscuits (cookies) and cake, in small portions. There are some biscuits that are very economical calorie wise - eg fruit shortcakes, which are thin little shortbread biscuits with raisins in them and sugar on top, are only 37 calories each.
I also have various low-calorie desserts involving Greek yoghurt, fruit, meringues (which are surprisingly low calorie, but then air is calorie free!), custard (again, the stuff in tins/cartons is surprisingly low calorie).
And then I bank calories, so a couple of times a week I can have a big proper pudding without busting the budget.2 -
I like eating something sweet after every meal (sometimes breakfast too...), so I buy little mini brownie bites (45 calories) and mini millionaires bites (60 calories) so I don't go overboard. Tried the eating fruit instead of chocolate thing but that's just crazy haha.3

Yep! Everyday I have a kids Cadbury bar that's 95 cals and a few oatcakes with peanut butter (all at the same time because chocolate and peanut butter is the best!)2

I eat a lot of sugar free jelly, very low in calories! Mixed with greek yogurt or skyr it does make for a nice little dessert.1

I don't even mix it. Aeroplane's smartest move was when they put the work into making their Lite jelly taste exactly like the full-strength stuff. 7 cal for 125g.1 -
Hard to give a proper answer. I eat sweet foods every day, usually fruit, but lots of other foods taste sweet too; sometimes in the form of hot cocoa or a banana smoothie; every other Saturday I have pancakes with sweet fillings for dinner; I occasionally mix peanuts and sesame seeds with honey; or eat frozen (and thawed) berries with sugar; rice pudding has added sugar; Greek yogurt with nuts and honey or maple syrup; fruit flavored yogurt is sweet; I will make a pie occasionally; all these things are part of my everyday diet. I rarely eat store bought sweets, I like to keep that to special occasions - it boils down to that I eat it when offered, but I don't buy it. I will eat anything I like when I'm out, but I do that when I'm at home, too, so there isn't really any clear separation in my head anymore.1
