    Today was my weigh in, so I’ll start the March Challenge now. My weight loss goal for March is only 3 lbs. That’s a small short term goal, but it would allow me to reach a major weight loss goal. I’m trying to lose weight slowly at this point, as I adjust towards maintenance.

    Starting weight for March: 206

    Is there anyone in the challenge who is weighing themselves every morning like I do?
    I know that it is suggested to not to weigh every day; but it motivates me to know that I have to go on the scale the next day.
