Lets see if you are Brave enough too join me for MARCH...EVERYONE did great in February even though we had only 28 days....
As stated YOU chose your activity. You may walk, jog, run, bike, steps or whatever gives you miles.....YOU CHOOSE YOUR PERSONAL GOAL.....
MY personal goal will be too get in 100+ WALKING MILES for March. At least 100 but hopefully MORE.. The Exercise Bike is 'iffy' since it makes a loud noise and I dont know how much longer it will work.... I will try too ride that some though...

I'm in! My goal is 30 miles in March, walking and/or hiking. Starting off strong with 2.5 mile walk today at lunch.

Since I didn't really make it in February I will keep my goal of walking 174 miles (preferably being consistent with about 6 miles per day)1 -
As I mentioned in February, I'm upping my goal in hopes that if I don't reach it, I'll still be doing more miles than previously (I need to be doing at least 85 for another challenge). Today was a light day after my 11 miles yesterday. I'll be working to pick up the pace.
