You look great, may I ask how old you are? And how is your skin? It looks like it tightened up well.
Thank you! I'm 43. I tightened up quite a bit with little exercise. My upper thighs are the only thing I'm never quite happy about which I'm working out now to fix but honestly when I changed my diet to eating mostly wholefood plant based, not only did I drop weight steadily, it looked like my whole body became properly proportioned.

I've lost a total of 84 pounds these two pix are a year apart and I've lost a total of 34 between pix really wishing I had taken a photo at my heaviest!111 -
I am so thankful for this thread! Anytime I am craving something that I USED TO eat, I just come on here and look at you all. I just started my journey on MFP but I wanna be a before and after pic too someday!

I hide from cameras most of my life so it's rather hard to find before photos. I love seeing everyone's wonderful photos.75 -
