Just wondering what everyone buys at the grocery store every week. Here are my can't-do-without foods, besides the basics like bread, eggs and cow's milk:
Oikos vanilla greek yogurt
Almond milk for my oatmeal
Bagged kale mix salad with poppyseed dressing
I'd also add bbq chicken, salmon filets and couscous to the list.
What are yours?

Beer, ice cream and tomatoes.66

V8 low sodium has super high potassium and usually kills my salt craving.
York peppermint patty, relatively low calorie and usually solves the sugar craving.
V8 energy drinks preworkout. I drink no other caffeine.
Most everything else I buy is clean.4 -
Breakfast cereal
chicken & turkey hotdogs
and something I think is called "fish gratin" in English.2 -
Coke Zero
Deli Pizza
Chicken/Pork when I want protein but want to cut back on the calories a bit.4 -
I don't have any particular "weight loss" foods; it wasn't until I stopped having that mindset, that I could finally manage my weight. Now I eat anything I like, and I like most foods - in fact, not worrying about not "eaing right", has made me more adventurous and willing to try new foods and stop compulsively overeating, and a healthy diet is a varied diet and appropriate amounts.23

Siracha
Bubbly water
Rice cakes
I eat a lot of tofu and cabbage and eggplant too--and light Greek yogurt. And a lot of other things, but these things make cutting calories a lot easier for me.6 -
Almond milk
Diet soda
Ice lollies3 -
I can't say there is anything I can't do without, but the things I buy nearly every week are:

Mine are:
Greek yogurt, eggs, chicken
My bonus is salad but only when I have extra change. I could kill a whole bag of salad in lunch10 -
I usually try to get something that is packaged in about 100 calorie amounts. So it creates the serving size for me and I can just grab a bag of some evil treat and not feel bad about it. Helps me get through the afternoon at work or the ride home. I know it's not a cheap way to buy things but for a treat, it isn't bad and helps me understand what a serving really amounts to.

Like some of the others have said, I don't really buy into the concept of "weight loss foods," and I aim to eat a wide range of foods within my daily calorie goal.
That said, the following vegetarian protein sources help me stay within my limit and fill me up when I'm cutting calories:
Protein powder
Fage Greek yogurt
Eggs5 -
I don't follow a particular diet.
3 foods that are on my list every week: chicken, eggs, fruit4 -
I don't buy groceries every week, but these are the 3 things I consume most often:
Diet soda
Coffee
Meat
Non-grocery: Vitamins / supplements1 -
Eggs
Apples
Coffee
I am always adding those to my grocery list2 -
Porridge
Chicken
Skimmed milk3 -

Yep this.
Heading out to get groceries this morning and my list has everything from sweet potatoes and tomatoes, to corn chips and beer5 -
Tomatoes
Greek yogurt
Bread1 -
bananas, nuts, apples, almond milk, english muffins
nuts and fruits help me stay full and english muffins are perfect when i want a sandwich or don't have leftovers to bring to work. I spread homemade peanut butter on them yum yum. I use almond milk in my coffee and have a glass with dinner. Can't live without it now.2 -
