 I've had a few pressures in real life over last month or so and it's severely affected my training, so I doubled up over a couple of days and doubled my quota of Insanity Fitness ...... my advice, when you're 52 don't do it, you'll just end up damaging yourself. So, ended up resting for a week to repair the damage and back to just one stint per day now. But still 4 days behind schedule.
 I did feel my weight was stagnating and still is to some degree, but I think this is natures way to reset your "body clock", I do believe if you can up the ante and instead of doing your usual 30 mins of exercise, try to increase your exercising by another 10 mins each month. The Insanity programmes have gone from 30-40 mjns to averaging 50 mins and believe me I still can't finish them in that time, so taking me 5-10 mins extra to complete them, so almost an hour. I completely fell off the band wagon, but after realising I put 2lb back on, in as many days. I had to somehow, force through the hunger/boredom 'pains' and crack on.
 I'm still ahead of my mini goals but want to get back under my "ideal loss" line for my weight.
 I'm on a new work pattern, which allows me to potentially get 4 or 5 exercise programmes done, so it will mean getting fitter, so I can double up on1-2 days exercises, one in the morning and one in the evening, rather than back to back!
 My advice if you want to take it, when you see your weight stagnate, I truly believe this is when your body starts to change, get the tape measure out instead, hopefully you may have lost half an inch here or there; up the ante in some way, change your routine, mix it up a little, add something new and add another 5-10mins to your exercise day or at least "push" really hard whilst doing your exercising, even for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 and push again.
 You have got to believe and don't cheat with the snacks. I still have that vision of the end goal, my ideal weight, do you?
