    I'm 1lb down so far this month but I'm pleased with that - it's been an ugly couple of weeks on the diet front, feeling back in the groove now though!

    Did not do well logging and eating the last week but dragged myself out of the house for a 5k run in the evening yesterday - and it was not so bad after all :blush:
