I've learned lots more about what I can eat and what I can't eat this time I've been logging and trying to shift pounds.
Turns out not the slightest bit of chedder cheese must pass my lips, however a couple of teaspoons of grated parmesan is fine. White wine is out of the question but red is OK for me. Also I can only eat carbs if I earn them. Eg if I go to RPM first thing on a Saturday and burn 400 calories I can have a pasta dish in the evening. I'm really on a learning curve - I hope this helps if anyone else plateaus or finds they put on in a week but feel they worked really hard2 -
