Hi Everyone,
I wanted to tell you a little bit about my weight loss journey over the past year. On 3/9/16 I had gastric sleeve surgery. The decision to have surgery was not one I took lightly, but I needed to make it in order to save my life and be around for my daughter. At my highest weight I was 337 lbs. It was difficult to even walk up a flight of stairs. Today, with the help of my tool, healthy food choices, and countless hours in the gym, I am 173 lbs. I feel amazing and am proud to set a healthy example for my daughter. I track my food everyday, and go to the gym 6 days a week. I am even training for a half marathon!

I hope my story shows that there is not just one way to go about a journey to health. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
