all in all BCAAs arn't DETRIMENTAL or an OMG YOU NEED THIS kind of thing for weight loss and or fitness, they help, but nothing helps better than a balanced nutrition.0

I also view them as easy insurance like vitamins. I take them when I plan on hitting things extra hard or for my long runs. They seem to help my legs handle the load better (could also be mental but hey I'll take the placebo effect as well) and they sit better on an empty stomach (I train fasted) than coffee so I can keep my morning caffeine boost on my run days.0

i been using them for week or so now and if nothing else they help me drink more water I make a big bottle up in the morning and drink it through the day0
