I'm in again. I had a slight gain last month (1.5) largely due to two weeks of holidays (one at an all-inclusive), so looking forward to a more regular routine/logging.

Sodium is my arch nemesis. I have the HARDEST time staying under my numbers there, and always seem to go over a day or two before weigh in days.

Realised this week I probably dont need to go down to 50kg, am pretty happy with where I am at, just 3kg more should be perfect. Old scales last time I lost weight made me 2kg less than new scales. they were wrong. So was actually 52kg not 50kg at my lightest. I'm only 152cm tall.

An unexpected take-out meal last night totally derailed my calorie control yesterday, but today is a new day. Usually I can work with any situation and control portions to stay within my daily allowance, even in my food-centric workplace. Monday was employee potluck, Friday was a colleague's birthday luncheon, Tuesdays every week it's bagels or doughnuts. I have figured out how to partake without blowing it, and it is doable.
In more positive news, I think my morning walking of laps around the warehouse has inspired my boss to create a fitness area in the warehouse, he is bringing in a stationery bike, I offered my treadmill that is taking up space and I don't use it lately. He said we could use our whole 30 minutes of lunch break for fitness time and eat lunch at our desks on the clock. Sweet!
