 I got on the scale this morning and I'm down a pound. I'll take it! I did daily weight checks for the last 3 months and decided I'm convinced enough that my weight fluctuates daily from 0.5-1lb. So I've now switched to twice a week which I record on my Garmin and my Sunday ( every 7 days) weight goes on MFP. Also I've increased my steps 16k-20k daily and I'm eating back 100-200 of my exercise calories.

 I find that "that time of the month" really sets me back when I see the weight back on the scale. Im craving chocolate and not physically not feeling up to moving around... so I just have to keep myself motivated and stick to the plan. I'm glad this week paid off!3
