I'm 5ft7 and currently 186 pounds down from 212 on the 1st October. Looking to drop to around around 145 - 150 pounds.
I'm a UK size 16 currently and have a 42 - 34 - 43 figure.
On MFP I'm on a 1500 limit but often come in at around 1300 and never eat back my exercise calories unless it's a special occasion.
I don't do any gym based activities but I do go on 5 mile+ brisk walks (4mph average) around 3 - 4 times per week. This is currently assisting in my weight loss and general health but I will soon move onto heavy lifting to assist with becoming stronger and in better shape physically.0 -

Hi Misschellechelle, I would encourage you to measure your hips, waist, bust, and use those instead of trying to drop weight. Well waist in particular. I think your body type is like mine and while 123 looks good on me to me, I look just as smooth and much better from the side between 135 & 140. More muscle. So try not to get hung up on the pounds, is all I am saying, since you are healthy and slim anywhere in that range.

I'm 5'7 too, 170 lbs, size 8-10 with D cups and a 30in waist. I'd like to get down to 155ish, although I'm not too concerned about the actual number. I've been gaining about 8 lbs a year for the last 4 years and I'm happy with my overall shape but I've recently felt heavy and I tend to gain weight in my chest and it's starting to pull on my back and be painful so I'm really just wanting to feel better! I'm doing 1500 cal a day (or trying too ... I succeed half the time) and I do mostly cardio and abs three times a week for 45 min or so.1

I'm at a deficit eating 1740 calories a day, and do HIIT 3-5 times a week.
I'm actually pretty happy with where I'm at but am vain and would love to see my weight in the 120's lol. I never thought I would be so tiny at 133 lbs, but it must be the body comp from the HIIT.

I'm 5'7 3/4" currently 150 lbs, 39-30-39. Goal weight of 135. I used to be 34-26-36, want to get back there!!! Right now I just started a consistency program with my trainer to get my butt used to not cheating/being lazy: 30 minutes for 30 days (no days off!) of doing SOMETHING focused on exercise - whether it's a workout video, going for a hike, a run/walk and also some weight training every day (can be body weight or free weights). I am on day 4 and feeling better already. Next step: cutting back on the wine, too0

I wear 6, 8, and sometimes 10 size pants.
Currently weight 147 lbs and my goal is 140 lbs.. 135 lbs if that's what it takes to see the abs.
Training routine is 10-15 minutes of cardio either steady or HIIT then 40-60 minutes of heavy lifting for at least 4x a week.
I eat 1953 cals a day. The goal is to lose .5lbs per week and it's been working so far!0 -

I'm 171cm (5'7.3"), 131 lbs (goal range for maintenance is 129-133).
32DDD/34DD top, 29" waist, 38" hips, 33" inseam.
Clothing size depends so much on the brand but mostly 8 in pants (some 6's and a 10 in my closet, too), S/M tops depending on brand, usually S in dresses. I have a small frame and definitely carry weight in my belly.
I'm reverse dieting right now so I haven't yet determined my maintenance calories. I'm averaging around 1500/day right now. I'm training for a race so I'm currently running 3x/wk, strength 2x/wk. After the race is over I'll bump strength up to 3x/wk and swap a day or two of running for swimming.0 -

I am just amazed at the different measurements here, for the gals that weigh close to what I do.
I am 151 pounds, and my natural waist is 31 but my "what feels like my waist" is 34.
Which means for clothes, the 34 is what counts.
Hips are just over 40.
Size 12s are loose, I fit in some 10s, not many. 8's no way.
I know that at 140 I was a 6, occasionally an 8, so there is a huge difference there in just a very few pounds.

I am similar to you. I'm aiming to loose weight slowly and aiming for 1500 net cals. I gained about 15 lbs after leaving MFP 1.5 years ago and I am looking to go back.1 -
I'm 44, currently 218 (sw of 235)... aiming for a goal weight of about 150. chest 43, waist 39, hips 45
Calorie intake is between 1800-2000 cals a day. Workouts were 3 days lap swim (45mins), 2 days aerobics/zumba (50 mins) and walking on my rest days (1hr +). Though I just switched things up a bit to get back into the weight room and am now doing 2 days lap swim, 2 days aerobics, 2 days zumba (only 20 mins) and two days lifting.
Been losing a pretty steady 1lb per week for the last 3 months, hoping to bump it up a bit to about 1.5lbs per week with the workout increase.1 -

Nothing wrong with staying with your 210 and then readjusting it . I know I had a lot to lose and setting the ultimate goal was daunting at first so I broke it in 2 . You can do it

5'6", 39y/o, 133lbs, 34-27-38, 32DD, size S tops, size 4 or 6 dress, size 28 jeans.
For exercise I get 10,000-15,000 steps per day, 3-4 running workouts per week and walking workouts on non-run days (I also walk to work and drive as little as possible). Currently I do weight training as prescribed by my physical therapist to correct injuries and strength imbalances but hopefully I can start lifting in the future. I was losing an average of 0.75lb per week eating 1350-1550 calories a day and my maintenance calories are 1900-2100.0 -

Ok, this is interesting (and depressing) Noone weighs as much as I do and is my size. I am 5'7, 53 years old, weight 202 (down from 209) and am a size 10, some 12s. I do Camp Gladiator 3-4 times a week and am training for a half marathon so I run 2-3 times a week. I think if I was 175, I would be very happy. I would be anorexic looking at the goal weights for my height.0

A little taller I'm 5'8.5 weighing in at 177. I wear size 8 pants and size medium tops- ultimate goal is to be at 150. I have a calorie intake of 1200 cals per day and I workout 3-4 times per week and do not eat back any calories burned.0

I'm 5'7" and 117 lbs. My measurements are 31 bust, 23 waist, and 32.5 hip. I wear size 00/0s, 23/24s or kids jeans. I should probably try to gain weight and/or muscle. All my ribs show and my muscle mass is very, very low.

5'8 187lbs with measurements 40 bust, 32 waist, 40 hips. Im a UK size 10/12 not sure what that is in USA. My goal weight is 161lbs, my start weight was 259lbs in February 2018. Cureently on 1350 calories, walking and horse riding for exercise (i have 2) so they keep me pretty busy.0
