I am more successful (calm) if I log my food onto MFP. I am less interested in rooting around for UNplanned foods or snacks during the day. I am using this challenge as a tool to say NO to late night snacking and UNplanned foods or snacks during the day even they do fall within my calorie intake. The point I am making to myself is that they are UNplanned. Behavioral modification.6 -
