I didn't do my challenge yesterday or today. Yesterday was busy and I didn't get alot of Cardio in,
Today I was taking my rest. So I have to really do alot tomorrow2 -

Just now caught up days 6-9 on obliques and triceps. I think that's going to be my goal is just those two. Struggling to make this a priority. I have a team based challenge I'm doing also and that's taking a lot of my spare time. Unfortunately I'm much more motivated when I'm doing it to benefit others more than just myself.1 -

Sadly, I've not been motivated today. I did some push ups, situps, front and side left lifts and some squats.

Hello my dears, I'm still alive... really...
I messed up my back again (blocked a muscle) and walking is pretty much the only exercise I'm capable of right now. I'll be back for May for sure! (if I'm lucky already towards the end of April, but that depends on how quickly the inflammation goes down. Stupid back )
