Happy Sunday! Checking in before heading out to kayak for the first time this year!
Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Average from March 26th to April 2: 221.
Average from April 3rd to April 9: 220.2
Loss in April : 0.8 lbs.
Total cumulative loss: 12.8 lbs.
Ultimate goal: 180.
Doesn't show in the average, but I saw a new daily low yesterday of 219.5. I'm happy with the numbers, it may look more obvious next week.
Went to the doctor this past week, their scale had me 5 lbs lighter even fully clothed. Since I use the home scale daily, I will stick with its numbers. My blood pressure was a bit of a concern, but since I am losing weight the doc is having me check it daily for a couple of weeks before deciding if intervention is needed. I'm really watching my sodium and it is helping already. Hoping to resolve that without medication.

I got on the scale this morning and I'm down a pound. I'll take it! I did daily weight checks for the last 3 months and decided I'm convinced enough that my weight fluctuates daily from 0.5-1lb. So I've now switched to twice a week which I record on my Garmin and my Sunday ( every 7 days) weight goes on MFP. Also I've increased my steps 16k-20k daily and I'm eating back 100-200 of my exercise calories.

I ran and walked so much this week yet only down 0.5. I think I am too laxy daisy with the food.
I don't log what I eat but I generally am good. I didn't meal prep for the last two weeks either so that might have something to do with it.

i finally seem to have this down and am finally losing weight. what caught my eye was losing five pounds for april...my goal exactly. my goal is to lose a lot...over one hundred pounds..have lost 13.8 so far and 2.2 in the month of april...going for five every month...5
