I have two. Is really love to be 189 by Memorial Day weekend, that would be a 50 pound loss! But it's 9 pounds away, so while possible, it may be hard! Also, I want to be able to run a 5k without stopping. I'm on week 6 of C25K, so hopefully this will be doable in the next month or two!7

I am coming up on the one year anniversary of when I changed my ways and started losing weight. May 4, 2017 will be one year and as of today I have lost 81 lbs. I am giving it my all these last two weeks to try to finish (the year) strong. I'm thinking about posting a before/after here and possibly of FB to hopefully inspire others, and I am very motivated right now to have a great After picture for that.20

Just completed a 4 wk DietBet challenge (which I won). The money isn't very much, but it is motivational. Think I'll join another competition.8

* Maintaining through the summer! I spent most of last summer just a few lbs over goal range but it kept me from being able to fit comfortably into some of my favorite clothes.
* A 5K I signed up for next month. I'm way overdue to set a new PR and that's what I'm hoping for this time around!7 -
I am just over 20 pounds down from my highest weight, and getting close to being under 200 lbs. This is my next mini-goal - 199.8, which will be less than I have weighed in about 7 years.11
-
I've reached both my last mini-goals of losing 100 lbs and running a mile. My next goals are losing 105 lbs and running 3 miles.9

My latest mini goal is getting to 200 Lbs down which is in about 10 Lbs.10

Aiming for less than 130 lbs by my vacation (we check in June 2nd)... as of today I am sitting at 135. 5 lbs in 6 weeks might be a stretch, but I am going to give it my all6

Best. Goal. Ever.6 -
Normal bmi! I'm a little over 10lbs away! I was only normal bmi as an adult one other time and only for about a month due to a crash diet. I'm super excited to get there with regular diet and exercise!!14

I'm excited to get under 200 lbs! I'm 3 lbs away from Onederland; I've been plateauing at this spot for about a month but after the doctor tomorrow, I'm hoping to get some help with my back so I can get the all clear to work out a bit more to whittle down. So close!!11
-
I put on a little extra *ahem* insulation this winter and would like to look good in my shorts and bikinis again. Deadline is getting close6

Mine is truly mini because it's literally for today! Big day today at work with several catered meals, including a huge gala tonight. Mini goal: pass on the bread and desserts! (Notice I didn't say I'd pass on the wine... hahaha.)17

There needs to be a video of this.....This is awesome4 -
I've been clothes shopping in my own closet as a I lost weight, but I've hit a gap between sizes. Current ones are way too big (12), next size down that I have (8) are too tight. Need to drop at least five pounds before I can fit the next set of pants! Ack!10

Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! 100lbs down and rocking.
Will be doing some gardening today. Think I might hoist two fifty pound bags of soil on my shoulders and walk around a bit then dump them and run a bit just to emphasize this accomplishment.
On to the one-fifties.

I've gotten down into the 130s a few times in my adult life but can never stay there for long...idk if I'm so proud that I just get comfortable or what. I'm 143 with a goal of 105-115(?) so I'll still have quite a ways to go til ultimate goal, but being in the 130s is always a joyous thing for me:) Btw I'm 5'0 so 105-115 is totally reasonable;)
I reached this one!! 137 now! Woohoo! I forgot to come back when I hit it a week or so ago:) I'm pretty pumped as I've lost 15lbs! The first time I did MFP I gave up after losing 15lbs then proceeded to put back on the 15+2:( When I get to 17lbs down I'll feel pretty good knowing that I'll be back to where I had gotten the first time...then I'll actually stick with it and get to goal this year! I promised myself I would stick with it this time and it's a promise I intend to keep!13 -
My mini goal is to gain 5-10 pounds for my menstrual cycle to become regular again. Even though I have a healthy BMI, it's clearly not high enough for my body yet19

March 1st I decided to change my lifestyle and really lose the weight once and for all. I started out at 214 and got down to 196 before I got depressed, lost motivation, and started slipping. Then, my mother passed away.
From June until October 23rd I gained back all but 3 of those pounds I lost started at 211 this time. I am down to 200.6 now and want to get down to 196 or below by the new year. It will put me back where I was finally and feel more like a true starting point.
I was 195.6 as of 12/25. I think there will only be a small loss on 1/1 or I will just end up maintaining, but still I made my goal. I am under 196!
Next mini goal is to get out of the 190s! Hopefully by the end of January.
189.4 as of this morning 1/14!
My next mini goal is to lose 10 lbs so I can get out of the 180s and no longer be obese just overweight.
Let's try for the first week in March? Will update when I reach it.
February and March were rough months for me. I recorded my first ever gain from week to week in January and by February my mind was just in a bad place.
I had been eating at a deficit for over three months at that point and the weight just wasn't moving the way it once did.
I got overwhelmed, I got complacent, and I just stopped tracking and going to the gym. I didn't really gain any weight (thank goodness) besides some water weight, but I didn't lose any weight either.
Two weeks ago I decided after weeks of saying I was going to get back on the horse to actually get back on the horse.
Finally reached 179.8 lbs today which means I am no longer obese. It didn't even hit me until I was out today clothes shopping that I have finally done it. I'm no longer obese.
Just wanted to update to encourage people who sometimes have a hard time. You'll get there even if it takes longer than you'll think. You'll get there.
So next mini goal. . .under 170. I'll update when I make it.19 -

It's taken 10 wks to lose 5 lbs. I'm now a little less than 5 away from my goal of 125! I can barely believe it! (All these exclamation points!!!)
Almost as soon as I posted this, I bounced back up to 133ish. Argh. Today, I am 129.2.
Next mini goals:
-- No more bouncing back up!
-- 127
Woot! 127.4 today! 2.4 lbs to go to my goal weight.
Seriously, I could cry. I NEVER thought I'd be able to get here ... How awesomely ridiculous is it that my New Year's Resolution is to lose 2.4 lbs!?
I DID IT: 125.0 lbs today!
This is both my mini-goal and my overall weight loss goal. Over 100 lbs gone!
Did the happy dance for a few seconds and am now setting a new goal: 120. I'm barely 5'1" and could lose some more, so I'll keep going.
119.8 today! Unbelievable!
Next up: 115
114.8 today!
My next mini goal: 110
I'd be thrilled if I could do this during the month of May. It seemed to take a long time to lose 5 lbs, but somewhat recently I've been well enough to add in some cardio and weight lifting, and I hope that can speed things up. I still can't do much with my legs, but even some upper-body exercise seems to make a positive difference.
(I wrote this update this morning and got a message that it would be posted after being approved. I'm not sure what I might have included in the message that would flag it, and it's possible after it's approved I show up twice -- my apologies if so. But, in case I stay in limbo, here I am. )7 -
right so the second half of this week I finally got my head back in the game and stopped nibbling on cookies! I've been eating healthily otherwise but all of those bites add up. So my mini goals are as follows
- stick to eating well for a week
- hopefully lose 2lbs
- perform a helicopter on my own (when you swing all your weight upside-down on just the silks. I'm strong enough but not brave enough to actually manage it)5 -
I finally weighed in UNDER my driver's license weight! Next up - 4 lbs until a healthy BMI!12
-
Hoping to reach 50 lbs lost by my birthday May 5th. I'm currently down 46.8lbs so 3.2lbs away. Not a big deal if I'm not exactly there but it would be great.11
-
On 8th May (2 weeks today!) I go on holidays with my partner, his brothers and parents) to the Canaries.
I'm 3lbs away from this mini-goal, which may not be achieved - the scales hasn't moved in several weeks annoying, but I'm definitely healthier (and smaller!) than i was in January!9 -
