    NSG: stay under/close on sodium, drink 3-4 liters of water a day.
    Sodium is STILL my arch nemesis. I have the HARDEST time staying under my numbers there, and always seem to go over a day or two before weigh in days.

    April Starting weight - 55.3kg - 121.66lbs
    April goal: 52kg - 114lbs

    152cm tall.

    8th: 56.2kg/123.64lbs GAIN :(
    15th:56.2kg/1243.6lbs stayed the same- at 1 point in the week I was up 2kg, just managed to pull it back.

    I love that I'm still going down SLOWLY but its such a bummer that I know I could do so much better. Have not been able to get the right mindset back since Xmas. However thanks to MFP I havent just stopped and given up.
    17kg lost in 17 weeks before xmas and if you dont count what I've put on then lost again- I've only lost 2kg since xmas. Am almost more into maintenance mode.

    Looking forward to April. Today marks 90 days since I started on MFP. It's been a good journey so far. I think I found the right balance between my intake and losing weight. I'm taking on this challenge in 90 days intervals which is enough time to see significant changes.
    SW: 175 -Jan 2
    GW: 130-135lb
    CW: 162.5lb ( BMI is overweight now :) )
    Total loss: 12.5lb
    S. Waist (narrowest):31 C. Waist: 29.25in
    S. Hips ( widest):48 C. Hips:46.75in

    I got on the scale this morning and I'm down a pound. I'll take it! I did daily weight checks for the last 3 months and decided I'm convinced enough that my weight fluctuates daily from 0.5-1lb. So I've now switched to twice a week which I record on my Garmin and my Sunday ( every 7 days) weight goes on MFP. Also I've increased my steps 16k-20k daily and I'm eating back 100-200 of my exercise calories.


    4/9: 160lb (-1)
    Total April loss/gain: -2lbs

    15lbs gone as of today and halfway through 1st goal of 145lb. 1zwflilo1iaw.png



    4/15: 159.5lb ( -0.5) I made into the 150s!
    I'll recheck again tomorrow to see if any changes.

    Don't worry too much @MissMaggieMuffin. You are here, so you're not giving up. You've made it this far, you've done amazing. I've had several weeks like that, but it usually works itself out by the end of the month. I have discovered that my arch nemesis is sodium. Most everything else I can moderate well, but that sneaky sodium is EVERYWHERE!!! But I also discovered that an extra liter (4 cups) of water on those days (and the day after sometimes) really helps wash the extra sodium from your body so your cells aren't holding onto so much extra water because they're trying to wash the extra salt out of them.
    Keep your chin up and refocus every morning. Don't let one bad weigh-in get you down.

    @Brans34 Thank you for your encouragement - I do appreciate it. I think you may be quite right about the sodium. The pre-Easter food, while within my calorie goals, includes way too much ham! Will try the extra water.

    @MissMaggieMuffin Try the extra water when your sodium is up! I lost more than a pound in a day, that pound being water from eating too much salt and not drinking enough water. Yesterday i really upped my water and it showed today on my stomach, legs and scales :smiley:

    @ana_varn Thanks - definitely upping the water intake. Funny, hadn't really thought about the sodium but certainly more aware now.
