There was also an uncomfortable amount of bounce on my run yesterday, so it looks like new sports bras too. I just want sporty boobs again so I can buy the $10 3-pack of half tanks for the rest of the way down. Tying so hard to convince myself this is indeed an NSV.
I just got home from my run and noticed the bounce too. Ugh and I *just* bought new sports bras! I guess it's good that I'm shrinking but buying bras is expensive!!!
Try checking with a specialty bra shop if you have any in your area! I spent quite a bit of money on my sports bra (~$70), but it was fitted by professionals so I have practically no bounce when running like I do with my cheaper bras. But the best part is that they told me at the shop that they would continue to provide alterations to the bra for me and take it in as I lost weight! So it's a large investment up front, but fits a lot longer since they will make it smaller for you!

I rummaged through some of my 'thin' clothes that haven't fit for 5 or 6 years. The olive colored pair I loved before fits again. I also found a really cute pair of capris in a 14 and they fit.20

Biggest NSV and lesson learned in my first 100 days, as long as i maintain a caloric deficit and see changes in my body inches then I don't have to worry about the weight fluctuations on my scale. I thinking I'm caring less about the weight from my scale and becoming more obsessed with my inches.23

1) I was able to complete a 13 mile run and keep up with my running group, its been over 2 years since I have been able to run that far.
2) I am able to fit into my favourite dress without looking 4 months pregnant, it used to fit but I had a large tummy bulge that the dress accentuated, now I can wear it and it looks great!28 -
Sort of a sweet irony, non-scale-fail. Bought new shorts that are too big, realizing I've dropped another size in the blink of an eye.26

I am wearing size L shirts instead of XL for the first time in a decade!32

Bye bye 6 black bags full of clothes

Just ran(jogged) 2.75 miles straight! 5K, you are so close I can almost reach you!!! Only 0.35 miles to go!!
C25K graduation isn't until May 12, but I have a feeling that I'll be able to get the distance before that. That'll give me a couple weeks to work in speed before the 5K Glow Run on the 27th.20 -
Bought a new pair of jeans that were about a size too small for motivation. I was in a hurry getting ready to leave the house and grabbed those instead of one of the stretched out comfy pairs. They fit!!!37

This one is technically a scale victory, I guess, but I wanted to share!
Yesterday was my wedding anniversary. I'm not yet back to my wedding weight (although I'm edging closer!), but I'm the lightest I've been in probably 26 years now. I can also wear my wedding ring all day, which makes me happy!44 -
Ran my first 10km today46

Couple of NSVs from this weekend:
1. My XL shirts are getting too big, and go all the way under my rear now. All my clothes are getting looser, but this is the most noticeable.
2. Hubs said I look like I've lost a lot more weight than the scale says I have.
3. I didn't binge on Easter candy yesterday. Just had a couple pieces and moved on.22 -
It's been such crap re: scale & inches the past few months and I have no one to blame but myself. In my effort to get back on the wagon, I went for several long walks with various dogs this weekend and went back to being strict with logging every bit. Yesterday, I busted out my bike and went for a ride for the first time in probably 5 years.24

My NSV is that yesterday at Easter dinner, I didn't let myself binge on all the yummy food, even with the 'peer pressure' from family! So many of my family members looked at my plate and talked about how 'sad' it was. But after carefully measuring all of my food these past 2.5 months, I have a much better idea of what real portion sizes are supposed to look like. So I got plenty of the foods that were good for me (turkey and green beans), and just had a bite of the foods that were not (Mac and cheese, dessert)! And I felt completely satisfied after finishing my plate and did not go back for seconds!31

I ate to the point that I was stuffed yesterday and then stopped. There was a time that I would have kept going until I was actually feeling ill. But the real NSV is the progress I've made in terms of eating normal amounts. When I first started I would have been able to hit 5000 calories easily yesterday and even eating until I was stuffed I only hit about 2700 (which was not a huge deal I budgeted 4000 in advance). I also would have definitely eaten leftovers later that evening (we do Easter lunch in my family) whether I was hungry or not. I was still full from lunch so I just didn't eat anything for dinner and went for a walk instead. Even the desserts are not really calling me anymore. I'm probably either going to freeze or throw away them away. So odd. But that's progress I guess?24

that's lots of progress! Great job3

For the first time since we got our trampoline for the boys, my weight has gotten down to the point where I can use it.39

1. I now feel sick after eating a whole brownie or really big cookie. Which makes me not that excited about them anymore.
2. Today I did a Pilates class, about 50 minutes of light cardio at the gym, and then mowed the lawn for 90 minutes. And I'm not completely exhausted!
3. At Easter dinner, I was most excited about the salad I brought and the hard boiled eggs.
4. When I went shopping for Easter basket goodies, I could hardly find any candy that sounded remotely interesting. So I got us each one Reese's egg and then single serving bags of popcorn for hubby and me, and Goldfish crackers for the toddler.18 -
1. I put on this size 8 dress that used to be tight, but now it's kind of roomy. Ayy ay ay ayyyyy.
2. A few months ago, I was talking about food with a coworker, when this really rude girl that we also work with butted into the conversation and said to me "Oh but you don't have a diet that you have to stick to, you just eat anything" and started laughing. It actually really hurt my feelings, especially because I was just coming off a bit of a depressive episode during which I was bingeing alot and had put on some weight. But I just smiled at her and said nothing. -27 lbs later, I passed her in the hallway today (wearing this now roomy size 8 dress) and she did a double take at me and then just kind of stood there and stared. I put a little extra switch in my step as I walked away, just for her hateful *kitten*. Shout out to the Lord, who will never let me be shamed in front of my enemies LMAOOOOOO.40
