Started on 4/17 with my diet and I've been doing very well.... I haven't weighed myself yet (scared to see how much I'd gained over the past few years), but I will. I've been really watching my calories and macros, eating a low carb, high fat/protein diet, and moving more. I just purchased a Fitbit and I am already loving the benefits as it makes me get moving. I'll check back in here soon once I've weighed myself. My goal = to get back into the clothes in my closet.
