I'm 5'2 and 40 years old I'm 155lb and trying hard to get to 130. I think I can be happy with that.1

I'm 5'3. I feel like I look and feel best 135-145. I have a medium frame and I like being soft and curvy. I haven't been in the 120's since before having kids and I was thinner than my liking.1

I'm 5'3 (19yrs) and my goal is 50kg (110). I've already lost about 11kg (I guess that's about 24 pounds?) during last two years by going vegan and the weight loss stopped some time ago since I was eating a lot of junk food... now I just wanna lose last 15 pounds before september and build my body a little since I don't exercise at all0

I've heard the lowest mortality rates are around BMI 20-24.0

I'm 5'2 and weigh 129. I lift weights, and do cardio... trying to burn off body fat. Can't really say I have an ideal weight in mind, I just want the body fat to go away... I have plateaued now for a couple months.0

I'm 5'2" and currently 124 lbs I am working on lowering my body fat percentage. I have been at 115 and loved that weight, but wouldnt mind if my weight was higher due to increased muscle.0

5'2" and 99lbs. I maintain in a range from 99 to 103lbs. 18-19% body fat range.0

I'm 36, 5'3", and 120lbs. This is my ideal weight. Any lower and I don't think I could properly sustain it as I'd get fewer calories per day to eat.0

I'm 5'3 and 128lb, looking to get down to 126lb. These last couple of pounds are evil though, they just won't leave me! I've been down as low as 110lb when I was about 18, but have no desire to get back there really as I'd rather be able to maintain on a higher number of calories0

I'm 5ft 2.5 and currently 113lbs, which tbh still doesn't look great on my frame. Looked my best at 105 so aiming for that. Just started 5:2 diet as I'm finding the small deficits so easy to undo with a couple of bad days at the weekend! (I enjoy my craft beer sadly!).0

I'm 5'2" and 119 and would still like to get to 115, I think. I also strength train/do cardio and might just focus on recomp/fitness instead.0

I'm 5'2" and 119 and would still like to get to 115, I think (although I haven't been actively trying - more maintaining recently). I do strength training and cardio, though, and may decide just to focus on recomp/fitness instead.0

I'm 37, 5'2" and weigh 172lbs now. My ideal weight is around 130-140, no higher for my height and age. Anything less than that I would feel underweight. I have gotten down to 135 felt good, felt healthy and had more energy. I maintained my weight for a while and worked on my core strength.0

I am 5'3". My lowest adult weight was 113 (that lasted about 5 minutes). My highest is where I am right now (of course), which is around 200. I've lost 30+ five times, and each time I've gained it back plus more. I used to be a decent exerciser but it's a lot tougher now with this extra weight, and I don't feel motivated. I am almost 47 ears old, and I am also pre-menopausal. I am a stress eater. This is the long way of saying I feel very discouraged. I would say my frame is between small and medium. I would love to weight 120, but I could settle for a healthy, fit 135. But that seems impossible to me right now.1

I'm 5'2", 119, and think 115 would be good although I've been maintaining here for awhile. I strength train and do cardio, and am considering focusing on recomp/fitness instead.0

I'm 48, 5'2", 119, and think that 115 would be good although have maintained here for awhile now. I strength train and do cardio and considering focusing on recomposition and fitness instead of the "number" though.1

I'm just shy of 5'3" and 47 years old and would like to be in the 140-145 range. I typically range from 155-170 and have been yo-yoing there for the last 10 years. I lost a bunch of weight about a year after having my son and hit 130. He just turned 15 yesterday. Everyone told me I looked sick at that weight so I've set my goal higher and more realistic to maintain for me.
I've reached a point in my life that my weight is less about how I look and more about being able to do what I want physically. Not saying the vanity portion still doesn't exist but it's not quite as important.0 -

@MeganAM89 - No! Computer issues - really (otherwise I'd blame wine but I was at work)0

I'm 5'2 and just joined MFP yesterday. I've gained about 24lbs in the past two years and am now at my heaviest at 138.5lb. I've gone up a dress size and a cup size (I'm a 34E now!). My goal weight is 124lb starting off, as for my particular body shape I think anything under 120 would be too thin (I'm kinda hourglass shaped and am only speaking for me personally). A photo taken last weekend has motivated me to lose 15lbs or so! I have gained weight around my middle and my jeans etc just don't fit the same. The medication I'm on causes me to have increased appetite and weight gain is the number one side effect so just have to keep an eye and make lifestyle changes.0

I'm 5'2 and FEEL the best between 116-123
I'm currently 130#.

I'm 5'2" and am interested in fittingly back into a size 4/4p. For me, that's probably 115-118 but depends on muscle and fat levels. I'd like to gain muscle after I drop.a few more #s but my goal is look, feel, not #.0

I was always measured at 5'3.5" in America, but am 162cm in Japan, which is apparently 5'4".
My goal weight is 55kg (125lbs). I weighed 128-132 throughout high school, 135-140 in college, and peaked at 150lbs (68kg) a year or so after graduation. (I am 24 now.)
None of those weights made me happy at the time. I'm currently down to 63kg, or ~139lbs, so "only" 7kg (14lbs) to go...
My younger sister is barely 5'2" and only broke 100lbs after she hit her 20's, so I imagine I could probably get down below 120 and be fine, but I don't know if it would be possible.0 -

We have pretty similar situations! I'm 5'3 and I feel best around 117-122. I'm 27 years old and sitting at 135 right now.
I moved to the beach recently and have been much too indulgent with the drinks and food at the beach! Grr...0 -
I'm 5'3. Started off at 185, went down to 126 and am now at 165. I'm aiming to be 130, I was happiest and felt great at that weight.0

5'3", 30 years old and currently 150 pounds or so. My current goal is to lose 2 stone (28 pounds) and see how I feel. At the moment I think 120 would be a good place to be0
