I made my hubby take the Easter candy to work to get it out of the house.
For working out I go to jazzercise I a regular basis.
My tough time of the day is when we all get home at 5 or 6 and I am so hungry, but diner is still an hour or so away.2 -

Good job on removing the candy! I find it really helps to eliminate anything tempting from the house! I am putting a huge effort into not buying anything I will be tempted to binge on if it sits in the house.1 -

Good for you for removing the candy. Chocolate is my weakness! I wanted to suggest snacking on veggies & lowfat dip or a small portion of something healthy while you prep dinner.

The afternoons are difficult for me also. Occasionally my snacks still won't be enough to get me through cooking dinner and I end up whipping up something quick like sandwiches just so I can eat already.0 -
