I'd like to join. I have 10lbs to lose and started a week ago. I have lost weight before on mfp but weight has crept (or jumped!) back on over the last few months. Want to be slim for spring/summer!1

I feel the very same. Took my foot off the brake for way too long and slid way downhill. Now have to climb back up that hill to health and fitness.0 -

So...everyone...up with your strategies.
Mine is that I'll run at least 5 kms everyday
Increase the intake of water to 3 litres
Go for longer runs on Weekends
Increase the protein intake
Do flexibility and strength training at least three days in a week3 -
