I am not happy with my choices this past week, i do great until a point in the day. This week is teacher appreciation week and the parents spoil us, which is great, unless you are trying to lose weight. STICK TO THE PLAN! I need someone to talk that at me this week.

I was less Yesterday morning 234.8 I started my new lifestyle 02/14/2017 at 248.6 and I can't get past 13.8 lbs. loss. I see others have lost twice as much in this time I just don't get it, so I joined this challenge to help motivate me to keep on, I've logged on to MFP for 84 days straight and I'm very proud of that.
