2 Baby Bel light sliced on 2 multigrain Wasa crisps. 200 calories and I find it filling. Eat more if your breakfast is higher calorie. I also like to precook steel cut oats, divide up and reheat for breakfast.0

Quinoa porridge!!
I know porridge sounds gross but this one is delicious!
Start by melting a little butter in the pot. Like 1 tablespoon or 2. Add cinnamon and any other sweet spices you have (I.e. ground ginger, nutmeg, allspice) Then add 2 cups of milk (any kind) I use almond milk. Once that starts to boil add 1 cup of quinoa. Let it boil for 1 minute and turn to low and drop a lid on it. Then cut up a whole pear0 -

I make my overnight oats with pb2, cocoa powder, cinnamon, 1 tsp of husk fiber and ricotta cheese. It has enough protein, fats and fiber to keep me full for 4-5 hours.1 -
I don't make it ahead, but it takes about 2 mins. Shake: berries, almond milk and frozen banana with scoop of protein powder and a 1/2 and Ezekiel English muffin with almond butter.0
