    I definitely need to stay motivated. I started at 199 lb and have got to 192 in a week by being really disciplined. I would love to get to my ideal weight of 150lb. I so need a summer body lol.

    Am up for this! Daughters wedding at beginning of July - want to look good and not expire in the heat! Will post figures when I have worked them out properly am working g in kilos which is 0.9 for every pound. Trying to do it already but failing this may motivate me

    This is me being accountable. If I lose 2lbs a week for 10 weeks to wedding I will have started on
    170.86 lbs = 77.5 k

    In 10 weeks losing 0.9k or 2lbs a week
    Down to

    152.86 lbs = 69.33k

    An eagerly anticipated loss of
    18lbs = 1 stone 4 lbs or 8.17kilos

    Doesn't sound nearly as good in kilos! And I had wanted to get down to 60k but realistically without sewing my mouth up it's not going to happen!

    My starting weight is 200.6 on 3/25/17. My goal is to lose 50 lbs. by the end of the year,12/15/17, 5.5 lbs per month.

    4/1.......... 199.6 ( -1.0) :| I know it's better than nothing, but I have lost motivation already!
    4/8............? Darn it, my scale broke! Have to get a new one this week!
    4/22..........198.8 (-.8) :| better than nothing!
    4/29...........202.0 (+3.2) what the hell! :o

    Weight loss for April= +1.4 lb. This was a hard month for me too. There are lots of excuses I could list, but I just had no will power! :(

    Yes we do! Question, why did you say you gained .4 lbs if your weight last week was 202? Didn you lose 1.6 lbs?
