Just joined today but I know I snacked both May 1st and 2nd But today is a new day... I'm glad I found this challenge!! I'm in!

(I didn't LNS but the whole day was a total blowout - ate pretty much continuously and it wasn't SALAD! )2 -
I just joined...but I'd like to jump on this bandwagon, even if three days late . My personal rule: no eating after 8 pm, starting tonight!2

Look at your eating habits. Are you logging your food? Are you eating dinner too early, or just not enough? I upped my exercise, then needed to eat more. It's not all discipline, although it sure helps. My hubby eats a lot at night because he doesn't eat enough during the day. It's more tempting for me, but most times I can resist if I ate a good dinner. Good luck and tomorrow's a new day to make healthy choices.

ok I am starting today... I 1 up the challenge... LNS indicates dirty food for me, for every unhealthy food that entered my Mouth is +1 and for every clean day stopped eating before 7pm is +1 I can only drink milk and whey after 7pm and water...

My biggest problem !!!! I am definitely in. LN won for the last 2/3 days in May so far. Lets see how it goes.
I ususally stay late at night to prepare for lessons (I teach at uni) and just eat anything whenever I feel hugnry (or i think I am hungry) any suggestions on good alternatives instead of munching something sugary? Or any suggestions on how to avoid eating anything altogether?

In! This is something I've been pushing for the past two weeks. So far so good! But I'll count from Monday. I do a cut off time. I aim for 8:30, but I want to make it earlier than that. So from this point on, no food for me after 8pm. Next week I'll shoot for 7:30!

I almost didn't make it last night! I went to bed really late and wanted to eat everything in sight but I didn't! I won! Hugged my husband, turned it the light and went to bed. Lol
