I use dial for my body and Head and shoulders for my hair.
Honestly, whatever smells good to you should be just fine.7 -
You have this amazing thing called a Liver. Nothing else needed12

Soap and a washcloth, in the shower.
Your liver and kidneys "cleanse" your body. There's nothing effective you can add to that. Cleanses and detoxes are marketing ploys to get your money.12 -
If you're talking about "cleansing toxins out of your body", I have good news!
Your organs already do that for you.
All those "detox" teas, juices, pills... they're all garbage. They don't do anything except make your wallet lighter.
Follow a generally healthy diet, hit your macros, get a decent amount of vitamins and you'll be all good.14 -
I use just regular bar soap, if I'm feeling fancy I'll get something from The Body Shop that exfoliates.8

Philosophy Pure Grace or Amazing Grace shower gel and a shower puff or gloves. Spritz of matching perfume for the layered fragrance effect.8

If you're talking an internal cleanse, eating something from Taco Bell is effective for many people.19

Silliness aside, cleanses do nothing except dehydrate you and lighten the wallet. Many have laxatives which make you poop and can cause bowel problems if used long term.

I started using soaps from Lush. I really like them. They have some nice scents available.5

I know it wasn't your question but just to state the even better way of cleaning the "outside" of the body...Norwex washcloths is the absolute BEST, no chemicals needed. Totally natural and your skin will thank you. LOL. But for the inside...definitely water, or tea, or fasting of some sort.1

You should not buy anything marketed as a "cleanse" (in the sense of claiming to cleanse inside your body). There is no scientific evidence backing these products, diets, or folk remedies.4

Don't forget some Neutrogena or something to cleanse those pores1

I do cleanses all the time, and try different ones, and yes, they do work!1

The "cleanses" you see advertised don't do very much. But if you are looking for a way to get yourself on track, I would recommend planning out meals with whole, nutrient dense foods, focus on hitting your macros and micros, drink enough water, and get enough sleep. You can accomplish the same feeling of mentally getting yourself on track and just feeling better physically that most people hope to achieve with a cleanse just by doing that.

Science says otherwise.6 -

Legit question. If you do cleanses all the time and they work for weight loss, why do you have to do them all the time? Weight should be gone, shouldn't it?17 -

Dr. Kellogg (yes that one) invented a colonic irrigator back in the 1800's. It's an old idea that needs to die.
