Last night, someone just brushed their teeth and that solved the problem. Make sure you have a big enough dinner, not too early. Keep yourself occupied, take a walk? Have a cup of tea instead of eating. As I write, my hubby is sitting next to me (late night) snacking on movie popcorn. Scoundrel. I will not yield today, because I don't have enough cals to cover it, and I splurged earlier. Just gotta make the hard choice. I'm preaching to the choir here!

This is not good. I was so good in Jan and Feb, but since returning from vacation at the end of March, I just don't seem to have any willpower. Any suggestions?

Small steps. Cut out/reduce one "bad habit" that you have gone back to.
Once you've snacked try not to give in altogether. Get straight back on the wagon rather than over indulging.
