I'm so happy for this challenge. I was about to go down the slippery slope of after dinner snacking which would usually turn into a binge but I thought of this thread and wanted to keep the LNS score at zero.... thanks for making this challenge!!!1 -
I'd like to join, it will help me. I sometime give in to just 1-2 oz of something like veggie straws or yogurt but after a little bit it revs up my appetite so as of today 5/13, I'm starting2
