I know! I know! *raises hands* Most of the faceless guys are not that attractive though. Hence, not showing the face in the first place.
@BreezyPeezy5 I just hate pics of my face, that's why I don't do it....
But here are a couple pics w/ the ugly mug.
Dude never top knot again with short hair!
Otherwise damn... I'm jealous How old are you may I ask?
It keeps it out of my eyes when I lift
I'm 39. 40 in October
Wait! What?!?!?! Wow! You are definitely hotter now. I thought you were late twenties early thirties.0 -

It's nothing I didn't know but now I need to be a bit more focused
The other problem is to much party drinking on the weekends but I think I can solve that with cardio0 -

Ok, well just FYI, something about me.
I have never tasted alcohol in my life. So I don't drink.
You can drink in moderation, but to much and you are gonna hinder your goals.0 -

Anything more than 10km is going to start to hinder muscle growth, it will smash calories though...0 -

So I shouldn't run more than 10K or I will stop growing muscles???0 -

That's ok my focus is leaning out not getting bigger although I'm sure there is a hormonal penalty for the running0 -

Not exactly, however it does start to slow down muscle growth as you're concentrating on fat burning and muscle endurance... It however does not stop muscle growth, but does slow it.
Combining weightlifting and distance running in the same program is the best bet if you want to cut fat, hold onto or gain some muscle mass, all the while staying in running shape.
Combining both also means that you won't be able to gain muscle as quickly or shave off times as quickly, instead still improving on both at a slower time.2 -
I'm gonna go ahead and assume that the takeaway from this thread is that Dan and Max are the ideal man? I'm having trouble with the subtlety lol.2
