    I sprained one ankle a few days after my other ankle healed up from being sprained; and I was doing the same activity when I sprained both ankles.

    When I was around 9, I broke both wrists badly at the same time and had casts all the way above both elbows and couldn't do anything for myself for over 10 weeks

    Playing on the 8' monkey bars and I fell Face first​ and natural reflex was to stick my hands out in front of me :grimace: the impact completely bent both hands back literally touching the front of my forearms :bawling:
