I managed to lose the weight I put on last month and more, so have exceeded my goal already for this month. I've adjusted the goal weight for this month and I'm hoping the extra 3 or so pounds isn't going to be too difficult, but I've been at the same weight now for 5 days, so time will tell.

So frustrating! I was down to 138 but bounced back up! How many calories do you all eat? If I go above 1250 up to 1300-1500 I don't seem to loose even when I exercise a ton like 15,000-20,000 steps a lot of days2 -

@nishndn I was stuck at the same weight for over 3 months and I tried everything, I done new exercises, changed my daily calorie allowance, forced myself to eat foods I don't like, changed how much water I drank daily and nothing worked at all, all I can suggest is persevere and it will shift eventually, it can get frustrating - but it will move eventually.
Also, do you measure yourself? I used to rely on the scales alone, and someone on my MFP friends list suggested for me to measure myself aswell, and I started to do that once a month and even though the scales weren't moving, my body was still shrinking.
I'm afraid it's just trial and error though. It's good to switch things up so because your body adjusts and gets used to what your doing all the time, so it's harder to lose weight that way.
