    Great week. I took my measurements and the inches are going down. I had some salty foods yesterday, so the water weight showed up in the scale this morning. The weight should be gone in 2-3 days.

    Positives this week are that I lost some of the water weight from last week and I increased my weights in my weightlifting. Another good week.

    My 12 weeks are done. I am very happy with my weight loss. This challenge kept me more focused on my eating and exercise and it showed up on the scale. See you for another 12 weeks!
