    Successes / struggles this week: Gained a lot at the end of May- eating badly and not enough exercise. There were a few times I actually did refuse to eat the chips and cookies. June WILL be better, especially with this challenge.

    Successes / struggles this week: after a big weight loss at the beginning of the year I've been fluctuating up and down between 138 and 141 for a couple of months. Hoping to kick butt at the gym, eat less crap, and hit my goal weight of 130lbs by end of July

    We're on the same road! Hope we can stay on the straight and narrow. My story sounds a lot like yours. It took me 6 months to lose 11 pounds, and I've just gained 5 back in a couple of weeks. I'm ticked off with myself, but am making the turn around tomorrow. Good luck, and I'll see you at 130- let's see who gets there first! It will probably be you, knowing how slow I lose. I'm hoping to get to 130 by October. Cheers!

    I have had weight going up and down over the years but have altogether lost 10kg which took me 3 years to lose. Since last year, I have lost motivation and as a result stopped exercising and eating more. Really hoping to shift weight this month. Have really been slacking and no motivation. This month will be different... new journey... will give it my best...I hope to hit a weight that I have never seen!
