    Successes / struggles this week: Over the holiday weekend had a cookout and had things I shouldn't have, but followed it up with a good long ride on horseback to burn some calories. Was a bit of a mental struggle not falling off the wagon but I got back on fairly easily and am pretty proud of myself!

    Success/Struggles this week: Had my monthly body fat percentage measurements and lost 4% body fat. That is more motivation to move forward. Remember if your weight does not decrease in a week that does not mean your not making progress. Sometimes muscle weight balances your fat losses and that doesn't show on a scale.

    Successes / struggles this week: So far today the kids and I went to the gym this morning. I ran and had GREAT times on my run. Treadmill is way easier for me to hit good times. I started a plank challenge and completed my daily 5 minutes. Planks are my nemesis. I did 30 regular push-ups today(ten, rest, repeat 3X) which is amazing for me. It's only been recently that I have been able to do regular push-ups. Hopefully I can keep my calories down tonight, I feel very hungry. I'm going to try and load up on veggies and lean protein (pork loin)

    Yep that's me - don't eat that gonna be fat!
    (Likewise) that hasn't been working for me too well in May (put on 4lbs). So in June - I'm committed to losing it slowly.
    Just got back to walking for 30mins (knee injury - ruptured ACL and meniscus tear). I'm really missing netball & running :(
    June is going to be a great month for health - WE CAN DO THIS!! :)
