I'm 42, and I never realized how easy it is for weight to just creep up and surprise you! Easy to put on, so hard to get off, and hard to find the time to meal plan, exercise, all without starving, or having to start over several time. Looking forward to talking to some people about their weight loss journeys.0

A little over 60 & young at heart. Lol. Please add me. I need the inspiration and meeting new friends to share my journey. I am with weight watchers for a yr now & it's been very slow. I started logging with my fitness app some 6 months now. I found this app very helpful in counting my calories. Never realized how much calorie I consume daily. I have lost 12lb since joining this app. Need to loose 25 more. Fitbit is helpful too. We need to share what works & not. Wish you all success.0 -
