    This is pretty foul, but...

I confess that a bucket list item of mine is to drop a deuce in the kitty litter box one time just to see my wife's reaction and her immediate examination of the cat.

    This will likely never happen.

I'm amused and gross out at the same time.

When I came to this page the top sentence on my screen was @MrStabbems saying he hadn't squatted in a while..but his user name was cut off..I confess given the previous topic I thought it was @BowlingForHollars talking about squatting over the cat litter :D

Good! No pain, no gain. Suck it up, Nancy

It wasn't so bad. I let fear creep into my legs but I've squatted it all out now.

I didn't want to do that much as I'll be cycling in about an hour or so and I need my legs to not be jelly when I get to the hills.

If you decide to do it anyway, make sure you take metamusil for a few days before to make sure you leave a good solid one. Sorry, I know that is nasty but damn your post made me laugh out loud.

Squats and then cycling? That sounds terrible

fairly light stuff, keeping the legs moving. get some cardio in and enjoy other cyclists lycra.

IC, I still haven't gone to a doctor or eye doctor for some issues. I feel like it is admitting I am old er sumpin. And I don't like that.

I work for 3 of them and have been putting off admitting I am old.. You should go though, sometimes it's more serious than you think. Your eyes can be the tell all to lots more serious things that aren't even eye related.

No pain. My right eye is getting blurry and left isn't. Doesn't help with my dizziness.

I bet it is frustrating! Glad there's no pain. Hopefully they get you figured out quickly.

There's a person I'd love to high five, in the face, with a chair.

    Hmmm.....I wonder who that is....LOL

I've got my eyes checked last year. Still a nearsighted black man. It's good to do it every one or two years. I'm assuming you wear glasses?

I confess I was thinking about porn in church last Sunday and 10 minutes later I got a speeding ticket. I think that was God's way of saying "I'll show you." :D

The worst thoughts always pop up in my head at the wrong time.

How does one think about porn? we're u imagining a scene or thinking about the subtle nuisances in different director's and "actors" work?

I was replaying it in my mind.
