I'm trying to figure out what time I should stop eating everyday. I try to eat around 1200 calories a day.

It doesn't matter when you eat or how you space out the calories. Everyone will be different, so you have to find out what works best for you and your lifestyle.7

Before I fall asleep, preferably...28

yup, just before bed.0

I take medicine before bed that needs to be 2 hours after I eat. I try and stop around 7 for the night though I generally go to bed around 11.1

I budget calories for a bed time snack that happens right before I brush my teeth and go to bed.
How tall are you and how many pounds do you need to lose before you reach your goal? Many women chose overly aggressive weight loss goals which result in torturing themselves with 1200 calories, which is only necessary for very short women and rare outliers.1 -
About 10 minutes before I brush my teeth and go to bed.4

There's no need for you to eat that little. You should be able to eat 1700 calories per day and lose weight very easily at your size.9 -
I try to stop eating at 8:00 pm.0

you can definitely do it. Just stick with it and remember some days are easier than others. Do your best on each day with the choices you have available!0 -

Around 7pm for heavy foods. I will snack on fruit right before bed though and while watching primetime TV.2

I stop eating at some point before I fall asleep. Otherwise it presents a choking hazard.
Meal timing is irrelevant to weight loss.10 -
I get back from the gym at 19:30, I'll eat and then won't have anything else after 20:00.0

When I run out of calories. I almost always fit in a small piece of cheese right before bed. Trying to sleep with my stomach rumbling is a recipe for no sleep and a miserable next day.4

When I'm out of calories. Usually is 8pm or so.1

Usually I have my last meal after I get home from the gym around 1am. I go to sleep shortly thereafter. Meal timings really only matter for people that are prepping for fitness contests. Eating a big meal right before bed is the same as eating it many hours beforehand. There aren't any studies that show eating right before bed to have adverse effects on weight loss.0

Some people can have sleep issues eating right before bed, especially if they suffer from GERD. But yes, it's a minority that should care about meal timing.1
