    July 26/ 1356 Polar calories doing two spin class back to back sessions 133 minutes i was wet from top to bottom after! Some people think am mad to do two spin class because the teacher is hardcore but what they don't get is if its not hard i wouldnot be there!

    Goodnite and Row on sorry my calories tomorrow will not count but i love water so thats not a hard challenge try to aim for 4 litres a day so incase i fell short to two litres i would have already done my 8 glasses. Love going to the gym because i always remember to drink water too, tomorrow is run and 3 spin class morning and evening sessions. My rest day is on Thursday most likely this week because i'm doing a 15hrs shift at work.

    I really wish I burned this yesterday for double miles...But the classes I took weren't offered on Mon :( Actually the classes at my gym are poo-poo Mondays! Anyway, hope everyone's week is off to a good start :wink:

    GREAT job you all!! For double day we ended up with 472 miles - that totally rocks!!

    Remember to drink up and report back tomorrow to say how much water you drank - let's all aim for the max of 9 glasses. I drink way more than that anyway, so no worries there!
