To get down to 140 lb or 63.5kg
Dead lift 100kg, current 1 rep max is 90, but getting a lot stronger this strength cycle, so think I'll hit by end of summer, or sooner.
Squat 90kg. Similarly, previous 1rep Max was 86.5kg
Sore shoulder at the moment so lots of time to deadlift and squat

You know that thing when you get on the scales in the morning and they show a small loss? And you get on and off the scales a few times, different result each time? Yeah, that thing. 2 out of 6 times, I actually saw 298lbs, also a few 300.25lbs. So I'm taking 300lbs, and "kitten" to it. Been waiting so long to get that far (would prefer a 200 number actually) but that will do.
Feeling a lot better since GP took me off the BP pills that were making me feel so grotty, my BP didn't change a jot, so 3+ weeks of feeling like an ill zombie were for nothing!
So a diuretic prescribed, and so far, despite battling increased hunger, my weight dropped and I feel part of the world again.

Good luck to the team - we've lost more than a whole "person" already between us.

I just registered for my second 10K this year. Free photos again this year, I want to look better than in last year's photos. Also want to finish in less time than my most recent 10K on 4/1/17. I have until June 10.

6/10/17 Bellin Run 10K (walking division) update:
Almost faster...it was hot (upper 70s F) by mid-race, that always slows me down, especially since my second 5K is normally faster than the first half. Thank goodness for sprinklers on the course! Chip time 1:38:01 and average pace 15:47 / mile. That's 2 minutes 19 seconds slower than my 4/1/17 10K, but 6:40 faster than last year's Bellin, when the heat & humidity were horrendous.

Not sure about weight in race last year, but know I'm at least 10# lighter. Race photos not available yet, s/b later this week. Here's hoping.
