Accessed HRA results & score online this weekend:- Weight went from High Risk to Medium
- BMI down from 32.3 to 30.7
Overall HRA score stayed the same b/c offset by very slight increase in glucose and a jump in my bad cholesterol. Numbers I've seen in the past, something to keep working on. My new mini-goal I guess.

Mini goal this eek is to bring healthy habits to my new environment. Break the habits I have made here and stay focused on the health and strength goals.5

Flying to California for Thanksgiving. I don't want to be kicked off the plane for being too fat.6

- Complete C25K - One day left in week 7
- Lose a minimum of 15 lbs by August 1st - Down 11.3 lbs, 3.7 to go
- Make it to the 180s - Just about 2 lbs to go
- Reach 50 lbs lost - 6 lbs to go
Updates in bold. Would love to see the 180s at the next weigh in!7 -
My current mini goal is to run 2km with no stops.
My second goal is to lose the last 4kg before going on vacation in August.7 -
My mini goal is to be 100% on my diet for 5 weeks straight. This needs to happen. I've been gaining and losing the same few pounds over and over.
My larger mini goal is to drop a weight class for my next tournament, but that also happens to be my goal weight, so it's a mini-big goal.7 -
Having a butt! I'm not asking for something curvaceous because my body isn't capable. At my smallest (Size 00 and about 114lbs - I'm 5'7) I had no butt at all. At my normal weight (124 to 130 lbs - Size 5)....I have a round, small butt that's cute....but not noticeable. And at my largest (Size 11 and 172lbs)....I still had no butt!! It was just less bouncy!
So now that I'm down at 148lbs....I'm doing more squatting with weights than breathing air because I'm hoping when I get down to 135ish...I might finally have a slightly more prounced butt than before.
TL;DR
"Slightly More Pronounced Butt Goal"12 -
So a major goal of mine is to do 1 regular chin up no assistance by labor day.
I started needing 160 lbs assistance. Today I did 10 chin ups only 90lbs assistance. First time doing all 10 under 100 lbs.6 -
I set small goals for myself. My first is to.reach 180, then 150, then my final of 135...that's 83 pounds plus. I got this.5

Not weight gain related, to continue football training twice a week. To perform well in first preseason game.11

I got complacent and lazy for about a month. I've been going up and down about 7 lbs, mostly up, in that time. The only part about it was that I didn't break back into the next "10's" up on the scale; I stayed out of the 150's.
My immediate mini goal is to kick my booty into gear and actually get back on track for a whole week. I've done good for the last 2 days.
Next mini goal: get out of the 140's! My goal a couple weeks ago was to be out of the 140's by the 4th of July. I think I can still manage it if I really focus.5 -
My current mini-goal is to break the 20 pounds lost mark. A longer-term mini-goal would be to be able to fit into the next smaller sized shirt.7
-
I've finally hit 50 pounds lost, I would like to hit 60 lost by the end of August. Theoretically, it should be more by then, but with summer and ll the activities I think this is more reasonable!10

Immediate mini-goal is to get the 'if everyday were like today...' thing at the end of the day to be under 85kg in five weeks. I decided arbitrarily that that was the point whenI would indulge in a decent amount of new underwear, because current lot is both old and too large. A day with a lot of exercise sees me at 88 or so right now, so a few weeks of real loss needs to happen, not just playing around with numbers in the diary.
Second goal is that I've got a conference in Paris, where I've never really been before, in November, and I'd like to have a fun time digging through thrift stores, so a tentative goal of getting to 75kg by then.8 -
Mini goal is to get to the 200-teens. I'm at 223 now. Bigger goal is Onederland, haven't been there in 14 years!13

Next mini goal with no time frame...get under that new decade (that 1 lb.) and hit the 30 lbs. lost mark (3 lbs.). I am now within 10 lbs. of my ultimate goal. It will be slow...but I will trust the process.
Saw that new decade this morning! It was brief and we are going on a cruise next week, so I am not entirely optimistic it will stick around...but it's THERE!4 -

-claps hands- WOOTWOOT! Awesomeness!
I'm .4 (I keep trying to make that .2 lol) away today from my 50!!!!! I almost fell off the scale!!8 -
I started HIIT last week, go 3 times a week. My mini goal is to keep going & get in shape, being able to work harder at it & to get off this plateau5
-
My mini-mini goal is get the .4 off to scream "50lbs down!!"
My mini goal is to learn more and add more weight training to my new life style!10 -
To run for 30 minutes straight. I just had carpal tunnel surgery, so strength is out.10
-
I'm 6lbs away from my prepregnancy weight. It's not my ultimate goal weight but I can't wait to see that number again!!! (Plus it will put me at a normal BMI so it's extra exciting!)12
-
I have more energy already!6

You'll get there! I'm going out of town this weekend so I'm hoping to make it stick, but I realize I may have to hit it twice! Lol3 -
To get to 179 and a healthy BMI. 17 pounds away, which is still unreal and I don't quite believe it.7
-
I am officially committed to being 100% to my diet for the next five weeks. Gotta do this. Gotta get it done.8
-
Hit my mini goal of under 140, 139.8 this morning!! Now to maintain for the summer is my next goal.13
-
My first mini goal is to lose 5 lbs and get under 260! I haven't seen that number for at least 2 or 3 years. My second mini goal is to be a true size 18. I haven't been that size since I was 18!14
