The ones with quite a bit of fibre in them.. Quest, Mission 1, Combat Crunch etc. But obviously it may not be the case with everyone so see what works for you0

i like the think thin ones.3

I love Quest (or any) bar including Snickers for a snack, but I've never had one fill me up. I need legit food for that.0

Oh protein bars fill me up. Quest does the trick for one of the lowest calorie counts. Combat crunch is good. Fit crunch bars are just awesome but I can't afford the calories.0

I eat the Kirkland ones but usually pair with cheese and fruit.2

I like the Nature Valley protien bars. And so much cheaper than the ones in the supplements section.0

I don't know about filling but I've found Quest and Muscle Milk bars (180-210) hold me over until the next meal as far as a snack goes. Many good ones out there but these seem to be the ones that have staying power for me. Always keep one in my bag in case I'm out and about later than planned.2

MyBars are so good I look forward to them. The Quest Hero bars are pretty good too.0 -
I have 2 that are my primary go-to's. #1, and by far my all time fav, is the Met-Rx "Big 100" super cookie crunch bar. These are the best protein bars I have ever encountered in both taste and "holding me over" ability. Unfortunately, Met-Rx has not been able to duplicate this success with the other bars. Their cookie dough bar is a god awful sticky mess, and they have a new apple pie bar that similarly sucks.
My #2 is a relative newcomer to the industry, "Combat Crunch" by a company called muscle pharm. These straight up rock also and all the varieties I have tried have been pretty tasty, but a particular tip of the fedora to the smores and chocolate coconut bars.1 -
Most protein bars are candy bars in disguise, not worth it.I used to try them all,too much junk in them, never filled me.2

I like Bounce balls. I keep a couple in my car in case I'm stuck somewhere between meals. 160 calories and one holds me for several hours so I don't eat something I didn't plan on, sending me over budget0

They are always enough for breakfast for me. If I want low calorie I like the Detour bars.0

I'm in the 'none' camp.0

I only have one for breakfast as I'm busy at work and it holds me over until lunch. I like the Pure Protein chocolate peanut caramel or smores. I don't eat them for lunch or dinner, they would NOT hold me over.0

I eat one bar with at least 20g of protein (usually ~250 calories) for lunch with a piece of fruit and either something like yogurt or rice cakes or carrots. I have an afternoon snack about 2 hours later (protein or fiber based- yogurt/eggs/rice cakes/carrots/etc) and then dinner by 5-6pm. I don't use it as a solo meal replacement, nor do I expect it to keep me full for more than a few hours. I do like it because it makes lunch prep super easy and straight forward for me. I like the Think Thin Crunchy Peanut Butter ones or the Chocolate Mint Clif Builder's Bars. I don't mind most Quest bar flavors either.0

"Fill me up?" None...they're a quick snack and can keep me going for a couple hours if I can't get a meal in or something, but that's about it. I eat meals to fill me up.0

I am a fan of the Pure Protein bars. They don't have much sugar and they have a lot of protein. And I feel like I'm eating a candy bar. I eat them before I lift in the morning.

I just tried a Quest bar. I am underwhelmed.

Why? It's pretty much the same thing to me.0
