Well, I was slightly lower a couple of days ago, but we went out to dinner last night for my son's birthday. I had a nice fish dinner, and a little cake. I'm sure the sodium doesn't help. I'm still happy with about 1 lb a week. Have a nice week everyone!8 -

I think I experienced what is described here as a "whoosh". I still have to get used to disciplining myself with regard to calorie count and exercising, that's why my weight loss is going so terribly slowly lol. But im happy with it, as long as a general downward trend is happening over time. I hope I cross over to the 160s by end of June.

Only a small drop this week. But anything is better than nothing. I actually lost this in the middle of last week, and then ended up putting a bit back on and losing it again. So I'm back at the plateau level. But I also haven't eaten particularly great this week, as I've been snacking and eating more carby items in the evening, which I don't usually do. So need to get back on track there. Hopefully I can shift the rest of the weight and reach my goal of 176 by the end of the month.4 -

I am not sure why I went up 3.6 pounds. I am hoping it is water weight. I have been pretty close to my calories all week, with lots of exercise. I am hoping it is water weight. My scale is being weird, I have weighed the exact same thing all 3 days. usually it fluctuates by a couple of ounces every day.
Here is too a better week.
