Hey, why not? That's why they're called challenges in the first place. I'm doing a couple of other ones, but I think (hope) I can do this one too. One day at a time....just thing of how much stronger we'll be if we can get through all 30!1

I'm a couple days late but I'd really like the challenge and motivation. I need a drill sergeant, no excuses, tough motivator because I am an obliger who doesn't do well with internal motivation.0

Day 3 all done. Don't even want to look at the end of the chart- that's so many pushups (40)! I may have to split them up during the day. I think the most I've ever done is 20 of the "girlie" kind. That's why it's a challenge!1
