I'm a couple days late but I'd really like the challenge and motivation. I need a drill sergeant, no excuses, tough motivator because I am an obliger who doesn't do well with internal motivation.0

Day 3 all done. Don't even want to look at the end of the chart- that's so many pushups (40)! I may have to split them up during the day. I think the most I've ever done is 20 of the "girlie" kind. That's why it's a challenge!1

Day 4 done! I can't imagine doing 100 crunches at the end of this, but luckily slow steps.1

Crunches are the easiest for me. I had my wrist reconstructed last fall, so push ups can get painful, and I'm recovering from tendinitis in my Achilles tendon so I haven't done squats or lunges in ages. I had some serious DOMS this week, but I'm getting up to speed again.1 -

Days 4 and 5 are done! Yay, it helps that I already do 75 crunches a day. Hate those lunges though.

And this should "count" for exercise calories - I'm breathing harder doing these than when I'm doing cardio.0
