Successes this week: i cut down my calorie intake to 1200 cal daily but i surpassed the calorie goal twice this week. BUt i exercise 3 times this week for about 30-45 minutes each time and i'm so proud of myself. I love doing Zumba or dance for cardio.
struggles this week: it was hard to eat more veggies and fruits because my entire family love carbs and fats and i have to shop for my own food if i don't want to eat what my mom had prepared..3 -

Success/ struggles: it has been hard to work out due to the heat and gross humidity so I bought another air conditioner for my living room hah so last night I was actually able to work out. I think I've been eating a lot healthier and missed a few days of workouts due to the heat but should be good now:)

Successes / struggles this week: Harumph. I should be happy about the 1 pound loss, I guess, but I was down to 242 before my party weekend. Oh well. It was worth every single calorie. I knew going into the warmer months that these weekends were going to slow me down, but ain't nothing gonna stop me.

Successes / Struggles this week: I've been taking it easy like the doctor said, and while I haven't lost weight, I haven't gained it either!! Struggles are that I did get steered off on a wrong course for a while with sweets, but yesterday I had a bite of something sweet that I didn't love and I put it down. The old me would have kept eating it any way. Progress.

Successes / struggles this week: Not able to further lose weight. Eating out frequently isn't helping either but trying to stick to my overnight oats for breakfast and salads for lunch diet. Trying to eat broccoli rice and Tofu for dinner. Upped the gym to 3-4 times a week still no progress. I might have to change the way i work out. Also, feel hungry a lot of times but myfitnesspal says I have already hit my macros counter for the day. Any suggestions from the community ??0 -
