I could have sworn I posted goals yesterday, but maybe I didn't. Days are all rolling into one big boring blur. I hate being sedentary when its not by choice!

    Just for Sunday:
    1. Stay in the green.
    2. <29g sugar
    3. <75g carbs
    4. 80 oz water or decaf tea
    5. knee therapy exercises x2
    6. do at least one thing to be productive - declutter something?
    7. Read something inspirational and/or listen to podcast
    8. Early to bed, early to rise

    Have a great day everyone!

I love canned salmon. Do not discard the bones . Its high in omega-3. Place a little olive oil in the skillet add onions and peppers, and a little back pepper. Serve with quinoa/brown rice and 2 servings vege. and Bon Apetit!

I'm going to try this! My mom used to make salmon patties when I was a kid and I always loved them. I wasn't sure about what to do with the bones last time I bought canned salmon so thanks for adding that tip! So, are they soft enough to chew? Don't have to worry about them getting stuck when swallowing? Yum....

Haha! Just because I set goals doesn't mean I have met them all! This last week has been tough because I have been hurting and when I'm on pain pills, my stomach gets upset so I eat more than normal. I'm feeling a little less pain today for the first time, so my plan is to declutter either my desk drawers in the office or my bedroom closet, and try to eat healthier. Trust me, I've had more than one bowl of ice cream while lying on the couch watching Netflix! LOL!

You always make me smile, Bex...

    6. Plan/pre-track exercise for the week
    7. Get quarters and do laundry so that there is something to wear to the gym next week!

Hmmm...am wondering how many calories being a roadie counts as. Doing some volunteering for a music festival on Saturday. I did this same job a couple of years ago...helped to set up the stage and audio, lots of walking, then did security/bouncer stuff for several hours. Maybe I should just count it as walking.

Felt very energetic today. After getting my gym bag ready for tomorrow, I decided to clean out my clothes closet. After having lost 38 lbs, there were many pieces of clothing that were obviously too big. Instead of putting them away "just in case" as I did in the past, I packed them in a box and checked my favorite charity for their next donation pickup date. Fortunately , pickup is tomorrow. I think that this is an additional incentive for me to keep plugging away to lose my final 25 lbs .There will be "no just in case" in my future.

It's never a bad idea to keep one size too large. I've needed slightly larger clothes for several reasons that didn't involve regaining weight--such as having surgery.

What a good idea, I really need this now as since I started working from home my diet is bad, my sugar craving have come back and I fear I will regain the weight I lost and have managed to keep off since 2011!

    So for today:
    - Log everything
    - No milky coffees
    - Avoid sugar, except fruit
    - 6 glasses of water
    - Keep below 1200 kcals

I will be back tomorrow to update

    Wishing everyone a good day.

    - cardio for 1 hour
    - lift
    - log all calories
    - 8 glasses of water
    - no bread, crackers, etc.

@MLHC1, your scale is moving in the right direction.

@azulvioleta6, after losing 38 lbs and down 6 dress sizes, there is no way that I am going to keep clothing that's too
big. I declutter my environment approx twice every season and donate to those who might need it more than I do.

Well -- its only 9:45 pm, and I am finally getting around to posting and getting on here. Busy day today. ... but all good. I did OK yesterday, and today, well, did pretty good. I have to go in and log my food, but hoping I am OK - did get to the gym this morning.
Tomorrow will be my weigh in - so I will post my weight ---- good or bad. I am trying not to weigh myself during the week, because I want this to be more than what the numbers on the scale say. But ... I sure do hope I will be out of the 200s and stay out!

    SO JFT, SUNDAY
    1. log all food
    2. grill chicken tomorrow, and eat only a very small pieice of the ice cream cake I bought for fathers day.
    3. celebrate the day with hubby of 40+ years and our daughter.
    4. drink water
    5. work in the yard - weather is suppose to be cooler out
    6. lay out clothes tonite, so I can sneak into the gym very early sunday morning

Joan, is it your 40th anniversary? If so, congratulations to you both.
