    Hi! I'm 23 and from the UK. I'm basically pretty terrible at all of this! I'm off to an okay start (5.5 pounds down, 14 day streak) but I need to stay motivated and stay on track! 80+ to lose! Frequent posters, open diaries and good recipes are always helpful! Add away :smiley:
