    Successes this week: i cut down my calorie intake to 1200 cal daily but i surpassed the calorie goal twice this week. BUt i exercise 3 times this week for about 30-45 minutes each time and i'm so proud of myself. I love doing Zumba or dance for cardio.

    struggles this week: it was hard to eat more veggies and fruits because my entire family love carbs and fats and i have to shop for my own food if i don't want to eat what my mom had prepared..

    Successes / struggles this week: Crazy busy week at work (will be the same next week), so I haven't really exercised, but I'm watching my calorie intake and I'm moving more than I normally do.

    Success/ struggles: it has been hard to work out due to the heat and gross humidity so I bought another air conditioner for my living room hah so last night I was actually able to work out. I think I've been eating a lot healthier and missed a few days of workouts due to the heat but should be good now:)

    Successes / struggles this week: Harumph. I should be happy about the 1 pound loss, I guess, but I was down to 242 before my party weekend. Oh well. It was worth every single calorie. I knew going into the warmer months that these weekends were going to slow me down, but ain't nothing gonna stop me.

    Successes/ struggles this week: the week started off well but I indulged a little towards the end. But still losing the weight due to the gym. I need to find some sweet alternatives. I also discovered that coffee helps keep my hunger away.

    Successes / Struggles this week: I've been taking it easy like the doctor said, and while I haven't lost weight, I haven't gained it either!! Struggles are that I did get steered off on a wrong course for a while with sweets, but yesterday I had a bite of something sweet that I didn't love and I put it down. The old me would have kept eating it any way. Progress.

    Successes / struggles this week: Was actually down another pound, but gained it back- a repeat of last week. Low energy this past week. Got TOM again (twice in a month-ugh), so I know I'll weigh less for the big finish. Trying to reach my goal!

    Successes / struggles this week: I was on track most of the week, but the weekend was rough both on the diet and getting the workouts in. My goal this week is to stay on track with calories, and try to consciously minimize the amount of carbs I eat.

    Nearly at my goal...super pleased as had a couple of fail days including Father's Day...went out for lunch and had Jack Astors Buffalo chicken fingers and a sundae. But it was well worth it. Back on it today

    Successes / struggles this week: Not able to further lose weight. Eating out frequently isn't helping either but trying to stick to my overnight oats for breakfast and salads for lunch diet. Trying to eat broccoli rice and Tofu for dinner. Upped the gym to 3-4 times a week still no progress. I might have to change the way i work out. Also, feel hungry a lot of times but myfitnesspal says I have already hit my macros counter for the day. Any suggestions from the community ??

    Success/struggles this week: Still blowing it on the weekend – Rib Fest! Three days of home renovations fueled by salty take out like pizza and Swiss chalet really slowed my progress. Was successful in only eating small portions of the take-out though.
